**Role Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Allied Health Coordinator** to join our passionate team. In this role, you will oversee client onboarding, manage NDIS Proda claims, coordinate schedules for NDIS participants and aged care clients, and assist in marketing and recruitment initiatives. Your contribution will be pivotal in ensuring seamless service delivery and agency growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Onboarding**: Manage the complete onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all required documentation is completed and up-to-date.
- **NDIS Claims**: Process claims through NDIS Proda and manage service agreements to ensure timely approvals and compliance.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate appointments and schedules for NDIS participants and aged care clients, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.
- **Recruitment**: Interview and onboard new clinicians, matching them effectively with clients based on needs and expertise.
- **Client Matching**: Assist in aligning clients with the right services and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
- **Marketing Support**: Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and contribute to business development strategies.
- **Process Improvement**: Provide ongoing support to the team, identifying and implementing improvements to internal processes.

**Essential Criteria**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the NDIS sector.
- Strong understanding of NDIS Proda, claims processes, and service agreements.
- Experience in aged care services (highly desirable).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software tools.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

**Desirable Criteria**
- Allied Health qualification or professional background (e.g., Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, etc.).
- Experience in client matching and recruitment.
