This position is responsible for a range of administrative and records management tasks within Clinical Education including Providing a student on-boarding function for Clinical Education for both employees, volunteers and External Clients who are to undertake accredited and non-accredited training and Inputting and maintaining student education and training records.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Coordinate and control course enrolment processes, prepare enrolment reports, provide guidance on enrolment systems and procedures, and contribute to developing administrative systems for training record-keeping standards.

Prepare certification documents for students in accredited and non-accredited training programs, comply with RTO data requirements for student outcome reporting to maintain accreditation, and process assessments including Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).

Maintain accurate student records, paper-based and electronic filing systems adhering to records management standards, legislative requirements, and ensure information accessibility for stakeholders. Prepare regular reports and liaise with staff to review and audit student records.

Provide high-level customer service, maintain effective working relationships with team members, SAAS departments, and internal/external stakeholders, and liaise with other RTOs to build strong networks and align reporting needs.

Contribute to the attainment of departmental performance objectives and service values, identify and implement process improvements, contribute to policy and procedure development related to training records requirements, and undertake minor projects as directed.

Contribute to the development of databases and administrative systems to support improved record-keeping and reporting for continuous improvement in Clinical Education.
