Plant Operator B

**About the role**

As Plant Operator B you will be part of the Gravel Roads Team and assist with maintenance of over 250km of Ipswich City Councils unsealed road network.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Operate plant and equipment
- From time to time operate heavy vehicles (water truck)
- Undertaking detailed maintenance of roads and drainage assets
- Complete road maintenance in line with relevant legislation, policies and procedures

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Current HR Driver Licence
- Experience driving heavy vehicles which could include motor grader, roller or front end loader/articulated wheeled loader
- Demonstrated background in civil construction and/or maintenance activities in relation to unsealed roads

This is a full time permanent position with a salary commencing at $74,110 plus 12.5% superannuation.
