**Role impact & contribution**

You will help to drive the delivery of high-quality advice and analysis to secure good financial and economic reform outcomes for NSW. The role will have a leading role in the development of analysis and advice on a wide range of complex economic policy issues arising in intergovernmental fora, in partnership with teams across Treasury and guiding junior team members in achieving the branches strategic objectives.

**What you can bring to the role**

In this integral role there are a few things we would like for you to have to best support yourself and add value to the people of NSW.
- Holds tertiary qualifications in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Law, or possesses equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrates a strong track record in delivering strategic policy or commercial advice and/or economic analysis in data-driven, customer-focused environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex and technical information clearly and appropriately for varied audiences, including senior executives and the Treasurer.
- Brings a collaborative and analytical mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality, evidence-based outcomes.
