My client, a group that is focused on providing a personalized experience across all their interactions with customers, has a rare opening for an experienced Content Manager or communications specialist.

**The Position**
This role would suit a Digital Content Manager that has serious skills with language communication across long and short form. You will be responsible for driving the content and Digital experience across all marketing channels and have a keen eye and interest in identifying new opportunities to optimize

The role will sit across print and digital you will own all aspects of content writing for publications, website copy, production and marketing comms. A background in journalism, publishing or communications would be useful.

**Main deliverables**:

- Execute on annual content calendar
- Create on brand publications
- High quality writing and editing
- Day to Day content management and execution
- Development of content strategy

**Experience needed**:

- Strong content or Copy writing skills - long and short form - digital and print
- Experience with B2B and B2C campaigns
- A passion for customer experience and understanding the customer journey
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment would be advantageous due to nature of healthcare industry
- Exceptional stakeholder management experience
- A pro-active attitude and a passion for working with awesome people
