**The Role**

The Marketing & Communications Specialist will report to the National Marketing & Operations Manager. Working within a small marketing team, you will engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders to plan, write and edit compelling content across a variety of collateral.
- A confident writer and proofreader with a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on accuracy, consistency and quality control.
- Proven experience writing and editing a range of collateral including bids, capability statements, project case studies, social media posts, thought-leadership articles, CVs and bios.
- Demonstrated experience ensuring a professional tone and brand consistency when developing content.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to liaise effectively across the national group to source content as required.
- Strong content management skills to ensure the capture and organisation of content into our libraries.
- A collaborative approach with a willingness to provide support to the team on a range of other bid and marketing activity as needed.
- Excellent time management with the ability to juggle multiple competing deadlines.

**Skills & Experience**
- Several years working in a similar role with a focus on writing and editing.
- Experience in Adobe InDesign or the ability to learn this quickly.
- MS Office, particularly MS Word and PowerPoint, and strong formatting skills.
- Experience working in the construction industry or a professional services firm preferred.
- A tertiary qualification in Communications/Writing or similar.
- Great initiative and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent verbal & written communication and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
