We have two exciting opportunities for Client Service Associate to join us based in our Yarra Falls office. Working in our Plan Managers division within Computershare responsible for providing administrative services, project management and plan design to Plan Manager Clients and their individual employee share plan holders.

Reporting to a Service Delivery Team Leader, the Client Services Associate is a role responsible for the day-to-day delivery of high-quality service to their clients and the respective client’s employee plan participants.

You will work closely with your Senior Associates and internal stakeholders to ensure all functions and activity of their client accounts are anticipated, actioned and when required, reviewed in order to meet deadlines.

These functions include responding to internal and external stakeholder enquiries, maintenance of the employee register, generating reports, processing sales & transfers, and involvement in dividend and sale replacement payment transactions.

**Some key responsibilities**:

- Oversee event management by managing the Scope and Discovery process, executing events within established timeframes, analyzing and escalating risks, and coordinating with departments to ensure timely delivery of all activities
- Address inquiries promptly and maintain client-specific knowledge for excellent customer service
- Identify and propose improvement ideas for business growth, including efficiency enhancements
- Generation and provision of Employee Share Plan and Regulatory reports
- Maintaining employee information held in internal systems and databases
- Preparation of share transfers, sales, replacement payments and legal notings

**What will you bring to the role?**

We are looking for someone who is a great communicator, able to balance conflicting priorities and someone who is technology savvy.

**Other key skills required for the role include**:

- Strong PC skills with a high level of familiarity with MS Office products - specifically MS Excel
- Ability to manage changing priorities and strong time management skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- High level of initiative, flexibility and has problem solving skills
- Possess and display a positive, enthusiastic attitude & strong work ethic
- Knowledge of Employee Share Plans and the financial services will be highly regarded
