The Business
One of the larger players in the private wealth industry, this group has a sparkling reputation and has a well-resourced and deep client offering. Clients sit in the HNW and UNW category, and mostly the investment advice is wholesale. This new client services role sits within one of the best teams in the business - with some of the industry's most respected advisors.
The Role and Responsibilities
This role reports into the Head of Operations, but you will have a dotted reporting line to the two partner level advisors in this team. Your role will involve the following responsibilities:
- preparation of documents prior to client meetings
- processing and implementation of recommendations
- develop a strong understanding of processes, procedures and compliance
- speak with clients on the phone
- follow up outstanding information
- attendance in some client meetings
- assist the team of four advisors and associates where needed
- engage in ongoing training and development
Your Skills and Experience
You have a little bit of experience in client services and/or, investment & wealth management or funds management industries. You have completed a relevant degree, enjoy dealing with people, have an attention to detail and have a keen interest in investments. You are wanting to learn and develop yourself. Perhaps eventually you want to become an advisor.
