- We are seeking an Organisational Development (OD) Specialist for a permanent placement in either Redfern (NSW) or Blackburn (Vic). Opportunities for hybrid / flexible working conditions are available and both part time and full time will be considered.
- You will play a key role in the launch and oversight of annual cycle programs such as, the National Engagement Survey, and Performance and Development Framework in Salvos Workday, as well as contributing to continuous improvement activities and new strategic programs of work.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

- You will contribute to the design, delivery and evaluation of fit for purpose OD solutions, for Divisions, Departments and Enterprises of The Salvation Army (TSA).

Focus areas informed by the HR plan include succession planning, talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning and org design.
- Your key stakeholders will include HR Business Partners, Managers within Mission, Divisions, and Enterprises, Internal Comms, HR Services and HR Systems, Learning & Development and OD Officer Personnel.
- ABOUT YOU:

- You can demonstrate an understanding of and experience partnering with business, to ensure the voice of the worker (employee/officer/volunteer) is reflected in everything you do.
- You are an excellent communicator in a range of settings and using a variety of channels, and are confident delivering and/or facilitating briefings and workshops. Your project and change management experience ensures you are effective in delivering solutions.
