**About the Job**
As Product Manager - Super and Retirement Solutions, you will provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to research, evaluate, co-develop, and implement integrated market-leading Super and Retirement products in accordance with Rest’s strategic goals.
You will play a key part and be a valued member of the Product team, responsible for the ongoing Product Management of our Rest products across Super, Corporate and Pensions to ensure these continue to provide value for our members.
**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Planning and implementing of Superannuation and legislative changes to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Manage the development, compliance and production of Product Disclosure documents for Superannuation, Insurance and Retirement product solutions.
- Partner with the Senior Managers and Product Managers to deliver the annual Member Outcomes Assessment, Design and Distribution Obligations (DDO) including Target Market Determinations (TMDs), APRA reporting, RG97 Fees and Costs disclosure and other ongoing regulatory requirements as they arise.
- Partner with the Senior Managers to deliver on the Product Strategy and Roadmap to meet Rest’s business strategy and vision, prepare Board Papers and other reporting on Strategics Initiatives
- Conduct competitor landscape monitoring to support the Senior Manager with ongoing Pricing reviews, to meet member needs and continue to deliver on the integrity of the Rest brand.
- Ensure product material and offering is compliant and work closely with the Product Communication Managers on the ongoing management of letters, forms, website and App content.
**About You**:
- Tertiary qualifications in a Finance, Business, Economics or similar discipline or equivalent experience.
- RG146 in Superannuation
- Required experience, understanding or credentials **including**:
- Experience and knowledge of superannuation industry and product offerings.
- Proven experience in superannuation product management, end-to-end product development and implementation (including Corporate/Employer superannuation).
- Strong regulation and research skills and the ability to interpret data and translate complex information for a range of stakeholders.
