**_The Role_**

You will be responsible for ensuring a profitable, sustainable business model is in place with strategic and operational plans to support both delivery and national growth.

You will carry out strategic, operational, and business planning to ensure profit and business objectives are achieved. You will be looking at ways to improve operational efficiency, build your team's capability, ensure compliance against key performance indicators and drive safety.

A key component of the role will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with key existing and new customers.

**_Background_**

We are looking for an individual with senior leadership experience obtained in operational, finance/commercial capacity within a contracting, operations, or construction environment.

Experience gained in either the infrastructure, utilities, or construction sectors, will also be looked upon favourably.

You will be able to demonstrate experience in tactical delivery, business management, strategy, and growth development.

You will have a proven track record of people leadership, with the ability to demonstrate your experience of working with multiple stakeholders (both internally and externally) with a partnering approach to achieving the desired outcomes.
