Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving business growth and building strong customer relationships? We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our Fabricator Support function and expand our presence in this key market.

About the Role

Reporting to the Executive General Manager, you will take ownership of the Central Region (mainly made up of SA), working closely with fabricators to retain and grow market share. This role combines strategic sales leadership, team management, and hands-on customer engagement. You'll lead a support team whilst executing territory plans that align with the company's strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by retaining existing fabricators and establishing new ones.
  • Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Lead a multi-skilled small team.
  • Achieve regional sales budgets and identify new market opportunities.
  • Promote and support the AWS supply model to help fabricators maximise value.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.

About You

We are looking for a motivated, business-savvy leader who thrives on delivering results and building strong client partnerships. You will bring:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or account management.
  • Strong ability to foster long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, V6 and ERP platforms.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively within your region and interstate as required.
