NSW Health Pathology is seeking an experienced Asset Data Officer to lead the transformation of asset information into our new AFM Online system. In this permanent, full-time position, you’ll be at the forefront of digitising and streamlining our asset management processes - ensuring critical data from multiple systems is accurately captured, structured, and maintained to support long-term planning, compliance, and performance.

You’ll work closely with the Asset Manager and collaborate across a broad network of stakeholders to extract insights, improve system accuracy, and support the development of strategic asset plans. **What you'll be doing**

The Asset Data Officer is responsible for the transformation of data into the AFM Online Asset Management system to enable effective asset management. This role will support the Asset Manager in the implementation of this system and ongoing maintenance.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in asset management, information technology, or engineering, and/or demonstrated equivalent experience
- Demonstrated high level knowledge and experience with information systems and databases, including AFM Online, Oracle, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
- Proven ability to ensure data integrity and to prepare, analyse, and interpret reports and statistics.
- Working knowledge of compliance standards, codes, and asset management frameworks, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to document processes and effectively present technical information to diverse audiences.
- Proven strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing work requirements.
