As the Marketing Automation Data Analyst, you will work within the Marketing Automation team to support the creation; optimisation and analysis of nib’s marketing automation nurture campaigns to provide incremental value and increased effectiveness to available lead sources.

The Marketing Automation Data Analyst will use best practices in data organisation, campaign development, marketing automation and analytics to help increase revenue and customer engagement.

This position demands a high level of fast-moving requests, ability to produce quality work, spot errors or improvements and efficiently manage communications of requests. You will provide insights while building the foundations for marketing automation campaigns and their corresponding assets, and work with marketing and business stakeholders in providing solutions to increase lead conversion rate, customer engagement, improved tracking and overall ROI of nib’s marketing automation efforts.

Duties include:
- Understanding of best practice in regards to data architecture with the ability to translate this into campaign-specific actions as well as integrate different data sources- Work closely with data sets from various martech and analytics platforms to understand trends and uncover opportunities for optimisation- Work with marketing, business intelligence and distribution teams to help prioritise new features & campaigns in regard to expected impact e.g predictive models- Define data requirements to create new communication programs and channels

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience working in the digital marketing, analytics, or data analysis industries. This role involves a high level of fast-moving requests and requires an ability to produce quality work, spot errors or improvements.

Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be essential to the success of the role, along with a natural curiosity to challenge the status quo, backed by an ability to work in a dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities.

Additionally, you will bring with you:
- Experience with SQL- Experience with a Marketing Automation platform- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights that will drive business objectives- Performance and growth focused approach with an inquisitive nature- Proven analytical and logical reasoning skills- Knowledge of data flow paths, navigating databases, spreadsheets and data extracts- Strong verbal, skills including ability to articulate complex analytical requirements and findings “to both technical and non-technical audiences”- Ability to present reports to stakeholders that are easy to understand and actionable- Basic understanding of key marketing metrics
