**Australian International Institute of Technology Pty Ltd** is a registered training organisation based in Melbourne CBD. We offer industry-leading courses in commercial cookery & leadership management and have a strong focus on delivering the course to international students.

We are seeking applicants to focus on increasing student recruitment through education agents, tap into different demographics and overall business development. The successful candiate will develop relationships to ensure students derive maximum benefit through their course.

We offer a competitive renumeration package and added bonuses.

**Responsibilities**
- research and actively develop a sales plan to recruit new students
- develop and maintain relationships with key education agents within your designated region
- develop an agent network in the South Asian subcontinent
- engage in onshore and offshore promotional sales and marketing activities
- achieve set targets within student recruitment
- maintain relationships with educational agents and contracts at all times.

**Essential selection criteria**:

- proven experience within the VET sector and sales will be highly regarded
- experience in marketing
- using your marketing and networking skills to grow student enrolments
- autonomous self-starter, motivated, good interpersonal, communication and management skills
- proven experience in working with international students
- punctual, reliable, can work independently and a part of a team
- ability to learn new systems quickly.

**Desirable**:

- strong commercial acumen
- fluency in other languages (Indian, Mandarin, Korean)

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
