**Your why**
You'll be an evangelist for a full funnel approach to marketing with a passion for taking a customer from a point of awareness through to conversion. You'll be the in-house expert that knows how to effectively gear paid social, display, video and audio channels at all stages of the customer journey.
This role is responsible for supporting the development, execution and optimisation of our paid social, video and audio campaigns working alongside the everyday banking, lending, brand, studio and lifecycle growth squads to deliver high impact experiences that convert.
**How you will spend your time**
- Assume day-to-day responsibility for managing, developing and monitoring campaigns and A/B testing experiments across:
- Paid Social (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snap, Pinterest, Reddit)
- Display (e.g. Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, Google Ads 360)
- Video (g. YouTube)
- Audio (e.g. Spotify, Listnr)
- Define and optimise the paid social, display, video & audio strategy for both everyday banking and lending, balancing funnel mix (e.g. awareness, consideration, conversion), channel mix (e.g. YouTube and TikTok), medium mix (e.g. text, table, display) and platform mix (e.g. CDP's such as Kenshoo) to deliver on our growth targets.
- Lead paid social, display, video and audio day-to-day management of campaign budgets, balancing media spend to meet channel targets.
- Leverage data insights to identify opportunities to improve performance of the funnel, bringing together resources across the growth team to ideate and implement solutions.
- Work with the Growth Analyst to plan, build and implement tools and reporting dashboards that allow us to measure the effectiveness of paid social, display, video & audio marketing activity against key metrics.
- Mentoring junior performance marketing team members, helping them develop practical and strategic skills to drive performance outcomes.
- Editing photo and video content - e.g. re-touching creatives for social.
- Leverage the Growth Team’s agile framework (e.g. sprint planning, agile delivery) to manage performance marketing activities within agreed timeframes and to budget.
**What you will bring**
- Have at least 2 years of experience in-house or within an agency building social, display, video & audio campaigns for challenger brands in a hyper competitive market (e.g. fintech, ecommerce, travel, marketplaces).
- Have worked ‘on the tools’ building campaigns across a wide range of paid social, display, video & audio You see rolling your sleeves up and getting hands on to bring a campaign to life as a key part of the process.
- Have experience leveraging and optimising paid search tools and platforms (e.g. DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Search Ads 360, etc) to outperform the competition.
