**What you will be doing**
- Managing Service Delivery on a large enterprise account.
- Developing the relationships with the customers, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Leading a virtual team to guarantee service excellence.
- Contributing to and leveraging the whole account team to continue our success
**What will keep you busy**
- Managing and influencing functional areas or department account leads on a large account to ensure that business solution objectives and SLA’s are continually met.
- Developing demand forecasts with account teams to assist functional areas or departments in planning and delivering end-to-end services.
- Work with functional areas or departments to interpret and plan projects or workload forecasts.
- Manage and approve expenditures for accounts in line with the established policies and procedures.
- Manages complex relationships between delivery and customer groups to ensure good client relations.
- Identify and manage service improvements to increase customer satisfaction.
- Partner with functional areas or departments to integrate new, enhanced and existing service offerings for accounts.
- Support developing new business proposals and introduce new technology to enhance business solutions.
- Participate in selecting and hiring employees. Train and evaluate employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. Address performance issues and make recommendations for management actions.
- Monitor spending for adherence to budget, recommends variances as necessary.
- Develops and delivers operational reports to both the customer and internally
- Chair and secretariat for regular customer meetings
**The skills you will bring**
- Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Nine or more years of support services, managed services, project, or program experience
- Five or more years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience working with the technology industry preferably in a large enterprise network environment
- Experience working with telephony products and operating systems
- Experience in a business critical 24x7 enterprise environment
- ITIL experience
