We are now recruiting for an engaging professional Administration Clerk at our
**Coffey Ford** dealership in
**Dandenong**. You will be assisting the Sales Manager, Accountant and Financial Controller with the dealership’s day to day administration tasks in a professional, efficient manner that at all times promotes a positive
**Coffey Ford** brand image.
**About your role**:
- Vehicle Licensing
- Deal book management
- Compiling Deal Packs, Compliance Checking, Document Archiving
- Daily Banking for dealerships in the region
- Registration Renewals and plate swaps
- Ad hoc accounting tasks as directed by the Administration team.
- Interacting with management teams
- Assisting Accountants & Financial Controller
- Rostered/Relief Reception duties shared among other Deal Coordinators on a limited basis.
**Do you have?**
- Previous experience as an Admin Clerk or Assistant Stock Controller within an automotive dealership.
- Previous Costing experience and experience with VIC Roads
- Previous Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience
- Intermediate computer skills (ERA experience would be desirable).
- Knowledge of Motor Dealership systems and basic understanding of automotive industry is highly regarded.

- Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail.
