About the business

KTI are family owned business who have been operating for 35+ years in the Transport & Logistics sector and now operate out of three states across Australia.

We operate locally and nationally to transport and deliver a range of local and interstate freight to and from our customer sites, ensuring our supplier and customer commitments are met on schedule, safely and in good condition.

We specialise in Linehaul & Local distribution with all sites having on site warehousing and storage facilities. KTI are proud to provide "Service with Integrity" and we strive to ensure our employees feel a part of the family.

About the role:-

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Pricing of consignment notes and manifests as per company procedures
  • Filing and ensuring all systems are kept up to date and accessible by all staff
  • POD aquital and compliance
  • Liaising with staff in other states as well as other transport carriers
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients electronically and over the phone
  • Assistance to Operations Team with daily administrative tasks
  • Follow all safety work procedures, adhering to all safety guidelines

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Transport & Logistics experience is desirable however not a requirement
  • Reliable and enthusiastic about learning new tasks
  • Well organised with ability to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient computer literacy with sound Data entry speed
  • Proactive and enthusiastic
  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • Punctual and reliable
