Campbelltown, Australia DAT Autogroup Full time

We’re currently looking for a proactive and reliable **Personal / Admin Assistant** to support our CEO and COO across a variety of administrative and business-related tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a well-rounded role with variety, without the pressure of a high-volume environment.

You’ll work closely with our executive team and play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes. While the workload is consistent and stable, we’re looking for someone who is highly organised, able to manage sensitive information with discretion, and willing to assist wherever needed — from office admin to light coordination.

**About the Company**

DAT Autogroup is a leading automotive logistics and services company with over 20 years of experience, offering end-to-end solutions across Vehicle Transport, Dealer Vehicle Storage, Vehicle Processing, Fleet Services, and Motor Dealership Operations. With locations across New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria, we support a diverse range of clients — from major OEMs and fleet operators to local dealerships and private customers — delivering flexible, reliable, and customer-focused services across the automotive sector.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Working directly with the CEO and COO on administrative and business tasks
- Handling confidential information with care and discretion
- Answering inbound calls and assisting with general enquiries
- Supporting quoting, booking, and data entry tasks
- Maintaining and updating databases with accuracy
- Providing general admin support and reception duties when needed
- Assisting with light errands, office tidying, and other ad-hoc tasks
- Driving company vehicles, shuttling staff, or handling RMS tasks (e.g. inspections or rego runs) when required

**What We’re Looking For**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Trustworthy, professional, and capable of managing confidential information
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
- A positive attitude with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
- Confidence with basic admin and computer systems (training provided)
- A current driver’s licence (essential)
- Experience supporting executives or in admin roles is highly regarded

**Why Join Us?**
- Stable workload with consistent hours
- Full training provided and long-term growth opportunities
- Friendly, close-knit team environment
- Employee rewards program, partner discounts, and recognition initiatives
- A unique opportunity to work closely with executive leadership and contribute directly to the company’s success

If you’re someone who takes initiative, enjoys working behind the scenes, and thrives in a supportive and professional environment — **we’d love to hear from you.**
