**About Us**
**About the Role**
Reporting to the Head of HR you will be engage in various activities including HR, payroll, and admin activities surrounding it. There is a ER flavour here so there are lots of workers compensations claims, some safety support like running committee etc
- Partner with the leadership team in providing HR guidance, support, and advice.
- Experience in driving employee engagement activities and the ability to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and enhance retention.
- Must be an enthusiastic & highly motivated individual with a passion for people.
- Exceptional organization, planning and communication skills.
- Ability to drive a Customer Service ethos
- Proven ability to develop key stakeholder relations.

- Minimum 2-3 years HR generalist related experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR
- Strong leadership skills - proven ability to influence others to a considered course of action - effective communication.
- Operational planning experience is a must.
- Willing to travel interstate for work
