**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We have an opportunity for an organised individual to join our team as a Stocktake Coordinator International. You will provide operational support to the inventory risk department to facilitate the performance of your team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Maintain stocktake tools to support and guide the stores through the stocktake process to ensure seamless execution
- Support the integrity of the stocktake program by protecting required processes and control measures, on a global scale
- Managing the pre and post stocktake requirements and guiding store teams through the stocktake process
- Operationally support both in-house and licensee partner Stocktake programs
- Release of global stocktake results, ensuring releases are on time and accurate
- Coordinating responses to product recalls and withdrawals
- Facilitating stocktake training for the stocktake team leaders and wider team

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and form relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Technical understanding of stocktake policies and procedures
- Experience within retail operations or within a retail environment is highly regarded
- Previous experience with stocktake or inventory management is highly regarded
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with ability to learn new systems
- Excellence in execution and ability to meet deadlines
