**The role**

Engineering and Facilities Management is the engine room that keeps us going, a dynamic team that supports the operations of Crown hotels and resorts.

We’re seeking a suitably qualified individual to take on the role of **Maintenance Coordinator** on a full time basis. Reporting to the Building Services Manager the Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of appliances and assets used across various facilities with a special focus on Food & Beverage Outlets. This role ensures that all appliances and assets are maintained to the highest standards, are safe for use. The position requires a blend of technical knowledge, asset management skills, and a strong commitment to safety, customer service, and operational efficiency.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Oversee regular maintenance and repairs of appliances and other assets across all facilities
- Foster positive and productive relationships with internal stakeholders
- Assist with ordering new appliances and assets and manage the disposal of old or faulty items
- Supervise a team of maintenance and repair technicians for both appliances and other assets
- Maintain good relationships with vendors and oversee service agreements
- Ensure mínimal disruption to facility operations during maintenance activities, with a focus on maintaining the continuity of operations in all areas
- Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders in executing maintenance activities
- Provide regular reports to management on appliance and asset status and maintenance schedules
- Stay updated with industry standards and technological advancements

**About you**

You’ll bring the following:

- Previous or relatable experience in a similar role in hospitality or food & beverage
- Previous or relatable experience in delivering exceptional customer service
- Previous or relatable experience working in a kitchen environment
- Previous or relative experience in Facilities Management or Building Supervisor
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to liaise and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Familiarity with computer systems
