**Description**:
What You’ll Do
As our Design and Implementation Consultant you will lead a comprehensive co-design process that integrates the diverse needs of government, participants, and providers. Your work will ensure our services are aligned with the unique needs of each individual we serve.
You will work closely with stakeholders, including a customer advisory committee, to ensure the voices and perspectives of service users are at the heart of our service delivery model.
Your role will be dynamic and diverse, including but not limited to:
Conducting stakeholder engagement sessions to gather insights
Collaborating with experts and departments during the design phase
Consulting with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to support the design process
Presenting design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders
Developing strategic design plans aligned with organizational goals
Assisting in crafting persuasive tender and contract renewal proposals
Utilizing data analytics to identify areas for improvement
Generating reports for evidence-based decision-making
Collaborating with finance teams to manage design project budgets
Gathering crucial information for tenders and translating concepts into actionable plans
**Skills and Experiences**:
What We’re Looking For
Confident, articulate, with good interpersonal and communication skills
Expertise in managing strategic, operational, and management functions within a community service, Government, or private sector environment
High-level business analysis and performance enhancement initiatives
Understanding of financial drivers necessary for business growth
Proven experience in designing and implementing disability employment services
Strong project management and leadership skills
