Reporting to the CEO, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize online revenue.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets for mobile phone accessories.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including product catalog management, pricing optimization, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Analyze website performance metrics, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends, improve conversion rates, and optimize the user experience.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews, inquiries, and feedback to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including purchasing, logistics, and customer support, to ensure efficient operations and a seamless customer journey.
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and make data-driven recommendations for business growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketing techniques, and digital analytics tools.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), e-commerce platforms, and other relevant software.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful e-commerce strategies and digital marketing campaigns.
