**What will you be doing?**
- You’ll partner with teams bringing connected, real-time systems to market.
- Through a mixture of hands on, technical leadership, and account management, your day to day will be reviewing and reporting on new security bulletins, testing newly released updates in a lab environment, installing approved updates on our systems remotely and updating our knowledge base (Confluence) and ticketing system (JIRA).
- Secondary duties include assisting with preventative maintenance activities, and creation of customer reports.
- Your goal will be ensuring the company's systems are secure and stable and connected to 3rd party automation & robotic systems, so our client’s operations are running reliably, and on time.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**ABOUT YOU**
- Don’t worry if you’re not an expert in Windows security, Antivirus, or disaster recovery,
- You’ll have support from the Systems teams and have the chance to learn how to excel in these areas.
- For now, **Windows Updates deployment experience in a business environment will be enough **.
- Your work will be technically diverse across **Windows Operating Systems environments, Antivirus solutions and security auditing products.**
- You’ll be supported by a sizeable Support team and other Engineering groups within the company.
- You will work as part of a team when assigned to projects, and work autonomously on individual assignments.
