**Your new role**

The Communications and Change Lead will lead and facilitate productive discussions and workshops with stakeholders and ensure compliant documentation and outputs as required.

Key responsibilities:

- Providing expert advice regarding change management principles and methodologies and deliver comprehensive change strategies and plans.
- Working with the vendor and key business stakeholders to ensure system design meets the needs of the business.
- Ensuring stakeholders are supported in achieving project objectives and through the adoption of the change.
- Identifying, managing and addressing risks and issues, including change resistance, with the potential to impact the successful implementation of business change.
- Developing and delivering communications materials in relation to the project delivery and change management.
- Acting as a change management all-rounder and be involved in any tasks required to ensure successful project delivery.
- Contributing to a positive team environment to drive a high performance, continuous improvement and customer focused team culture.
- Building strong relationships within internal and external stakeholders, suppliers and contractors to optimise service outcomes with a strong emphasis promoting and facilitating change in a rapidly growing metropolitan region.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Significant experience in the implementation of technology enabled business change projects where there is an emphasis on business transformation and service improvement.
- Highly developed consultancy and negotiation skills, with a strong focus on partnering with stakeholders to provide agreed business and technology outcomes.
- Demonstrated inclusive, collaborative and engaging approach; including the ability to consult, facilitate, negotiate and influence with a broad range of people at all levels in the organisation.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
- Highly developed people and relationship management skills with the ability to work in a positive team environment communicating and engaging effectively at all levels.
