Based 15 mins from Joondalup this is fantastic Residential builder that offers its clients the ultimate in design, finish and project delivery. Being part of a large group of companies you can be assured that the systems and procedures are down to a fine art.

Reporting to the Groups CFO this role will see you manage the company accounts for 4 of the exciting and ever expanding brands your days will be varied as you:

- Process and pay client Nominated 30 day creditor payments
- Reconcile creditor accounts
- Track outstanding invoices in monthly reconciliation spreadsheet and action
- Receive & complete Credit Applications and enter information into system.
- Control order book distribution and record in Purchase Order Book Register
- Client Invoicing - Progress Claims and Variations
- 14 Day Subcontractors processing and payment
- Subcontractor Payments - client nominated
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Review Credit Applications for guarantee and charging provisions.
- Prepare Company Employment Agreements including position descriptions
- Cash flow reporting and management
- Prepare and submit monthly BAS returns
- Processing fortnightly pay cycles
- Payroll Posting and verification
- Monthly Payroll Tax
- Monthly PAYG
- Annual PAYG reconciliation and Group Certificate production
- Quarterly Superannuation payments
- Record keeping, filing and archiving

To be successful in obtaining this highly sought after role that will see you working close to home it is imperative that you have prior accounts experience within in the Construction industry - whilst a working knowledge of Databuild is preferred it is not essential.
