**Full-time Medical Receptionist - Gordon**

We are looking for a friendly and proactive medical receptionist to provide administrative and reception support to our doctors and patients.

We are located in Gordon on Sydney’s upper north shore.

Essential Criteria
- Ability to perform all reception duties when required including, greeting patients, bookings and taking payments.
- Answer the telephone in a clear courteous and professional manner.
- Ability to multitask under pressure and maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
- Liaise with patients and their families in a compassionate manner.
- Fax, scan, and file documents.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to work calmly within a pressured environment.
- Excellent people skills.
- Work well within a small team.
- Strong customer service skills.
