We are recruiting for an **HSEQ Systems and Sustainability Manager** to lead a fantastic team in the areas of sustainability, management and integration of HSEQ business systems, ISO 9001 quality program and external reporting/auditing.

In this role you will ensure that WesTrac can effectively access necessary systems to ensure that quality, safety and governance matters are managed. Along with ensuring that WesTrac’s Environment, Sustainability and Governance (ESG) program is effectively implemented across the business, this role is also responsible for the development and maintenance of WesTrac’s Quality Management Frameworks, including the National Quality Management System, Document Management Frameworks and record management systems.

This role would suit someone who has a drive for continuous improvement initiatives with the ability to implement corrective actions on audit findings and develop improvement plans.

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification within the field of Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Management, Sustainability or equivalent
- Strong post qualification experience within Workplace Health and Safety, Environment, or Governance discipline, which involved developing OHS/Quality frameworks and audit programs
- Experience in the management and integration of HSEQ business systems including Ontrac, Envizi and Document Management Systems.
- Lead auditor qualifications and experience in Health and Safety, Quality or Environmental Management Systems, including ISO 9001
- Experience with standard office management software, as well as systems such as SharePoint and how to maximise system efficiencies in a complex workplace
- Ability to manage sustainability programs involving emission reduction and ESG goals.
- Highly developed problem solving and analytical skills with ability to provide recommendations and action as required
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation and proven ability to interpret standards
