
Administration Assistant

We are looking for an organised and assertive Administration Assistant to support our team in the distribution centre. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative assistance to the Customer Service and Operational Management of the Branch and ensure maximum customer service standards are provided.
**About the Role**
- Contact dealerships and suppliers to obtain accurate windscreen details
- Data Entry of windscreen details into computer system for purchasing
- Maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships as required
- Permanent full time position
**About You**:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Inbound and outbound phone calls (no selling)
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
- Excellent time management, coordination and prioritisation skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
