**The role**:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our Client Services team.
Working closely with a team of Client Service Managers, Account Managers and our Registry services partner, this key role has responsibility for coordinating the interaction with a key supplier to ensure that we meet the service needs of our Fund Manager client base. You will understand key elements that drive exceptional service to our clients, using your skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders, plus monitor the day-to-day relationship and key arrangements with this service supplier.
**In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to**:
- Be the front-face of our day-to-day relationship with a key service partner
- Work collaboratively with Client Service Managers on a range of client projects and requests
- Lead or participate in governance meetings with our supplier or key client meetings, ensuring that detailed agendas and action lists are prepared and followed
- Manage escalated client issues and queries through to resolution, partnering with our specialist Registry services supplier to deliver key initiatives for the benefit of end-customers
- Support registry related change initiatives through testing and impact analysis
- Reviewing and presenting client documentation, working with colleagues as required to complete written responses to specific requests, due diligence queries or client incident reports
- Proactively identifying problems and issues, recommending or supporting a course of action to resolve.
