Reporting to the TA (Transfer Agency) Oversight team manager and joining a broader team of Client Operations professionals, the TA Oversight Specialist will be responsible for supporting the team as it performs daily oversight of our third party providers servicing Vanguards master unit registry and supporting functions.

This will be a key role maintaining and monitoring Australian wholesale and superannuation operations and their outsourced vendors, and will involve participation in the development, implementation, and administration of various Client Operations strategic initiatives.

**Core Responsibilities/What you will do**
- Independently identify and resolve complex operational issues.
- Provide assistance and training support as needed to recognise and develop other crewmembers.
- Foster an inclusive team environment driven by open communication, teamwork, and accountability.
- Represent Client Operations in future product enhancements for TA Oversight, coordinate operational control and governance framework impacts and enhancements, participate in testing.
- Advocate and support a culture of continuous improvement, coupled with providing the foundational support for effective change management in line with New Ways Of Working.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with external clients and business partners that include third party vendors.
- Proactively foster effective communication, provide feedback, action items, and enhance our oversight controls for outsourced vendor relationships.
- Ability to work flexibly and participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
