**Role Summary**
Reporting to the Manager of Unit Registry Oversight, the **Analyst** will assist with the oversight and management of the outsourced provider of unit registry / transfer agency services ensuring SLA and key client deliverables are met in a timely and accurate manner. In addition, you will assist with the management of data interfaces from other external unit registry providers along with query and reconciliation resolution.
You will have a keen interest in the financial services industry and a desire to provide a high level of customer service.
In addition, you will:
- Act as a liaison between the external registry providers and internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate deliverables during peak processing periods (i.e. financial year end)
- Utilise your past experience to identify potential risks in operational processes
**About You**
- Strong client service focus and a desire to learn
- Experience working in or closely with a unit registry / transfer agent with exposure to wholesale and retail funds (highly regarded)
- Strong communications skills (written & verbal)
- Able to develop internal and external relationships
- Ability to work independently
