**Your Opportunity**

As a **Partner Sales Manager (PSM)**, you’ll work with a portfolio of key partners to accelerate growth and modernise how SMBs operate. You’ll lead early conversations, qualify inbound interest, and co-sell with partners to turn opportunities into wins.

You’ll be the front line of Wiise, leveraging CRM tools, data insights, and automation to identify opportunities and drive smart, scalable growth. Partnering with presales and marketing, you’ll help shape the future of cloud ERP in ANZ.

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieving revenue targets, linked to our company target. Own a defined sales territory and partner portfolio, with accountability for pipeline, performance, and forecast accuracy.
- Identify, qualify and accelerate sales-ready marketing qualified leads from our CRM (HubSpot), orchestrating discovery calls to create deals in the process.
- Be the commercial point of contact for your partners and their customers ecosystem
- Share feedback with Product and Marketing to influence our roadmap
- Lead qualification calls unpacking complex business pain points, and teaming up with partners to move opportunities forward with clarity, well-articulated solutions and close plans.
- Work with HubSpot & M365 tools to track activity, manage deals, and drive pipeline insights.
- Help your partners unlock new revenue opportunities through joint go-to-market initiatives and strategic account planning (win/win mindset).
- Use data-driven thinking to support accurate forecasting, opportunity prioritisation, and business reporting.
- Stay across ERP AI, automation, and ERP trends
- Communicate clearly and confidently for pitching, enabling, or collaborating cross-functionally
- Stay organised, be accountable, and outcome-focused in a fast-paced environment

**Your Experience**

**Essential**
- Strong (5+ years’) sales experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Strong track record in achieving and/or exceeding targets.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation & interpersonal skills, must be able to work effectively across internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working with scale-up organizations: this role is _not _based within KPMG but for a wholly owned start-up
- Demonstrated experience in channel sales strategies to achieve sales and growth targets
- Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem especially D365
- Background working in or with partner-led growth models
- Passion for AI, automation, and the future of business systems
- Must be highly motivated, with excellent oral and communication skills

**Preferred**
- 7+ years’ experience in B2B selling through partners in the ERP category.
- You find helping SMB’s use Wiise technology to improve the way their business operates motivational.
- You enjoy working with partners to win business together.
- You get things done You’re organized, efficient, and have a high attention to detail to deliver impactful outcomes.
- You are passionate about the importance of fantastic communication to share ideas, inspire, and create change. You can digest, distil, and communicate complex concepts in both written and verbal forms.

**Qualifications**
- Business degree or related educational experience
- IT or accounting qualifications will be highly regarded
