What will you do?

The Operations Readiness and Improvement roles we’re recruiting will sit within the Asset Management and Performance Advisory team and be based in Brisbane and Perth, with some openings across all major capital cities in Australia.

In this position you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of greenfield, brownfield, sustaining capital and improvement projects. You’ll have exposure to projects across a number of industries such as Resources and Utilities, Transport, Infrastructure and Buildings, Manufacturing, just to name a few. You will have a keenness in business development and client engagement.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will need to have in order to ‘bring ideas to life’.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, explore and build strong internal and external stakeholders
- Background in Operational roles preferable in Production, Maintenance or Engineering functions.
- Experience in Operational Readiness planning and / or delivery.
- A strategic thinker that understands and can discuss typical Organisation functions and concepts.
- Knowledge of Project Management concepts and tools.
- Excellent skills in MS Office suite, with proven capability in writing reports and planning documents.
