We are currently experiencing an exciting time of growth and considering talent with specialist capabilities in Operations Readiness in Western Australia. We are seeking an experienced Operations Readiness Engagement Manager and at various levels of experience to join our already, highly skilled and successful Asset Management and Performance Service Group.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless transition of critical assets into operations, driving the investment value realisation. You will be responsible for supporting and/or developing and implementing strategies to enhance asset performance, minimize risk, and maximize efficiency throughout the asset's lifecycle.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across a number of industries such as Transport, Infrastructure and Buildings, Manufacturing, Resources and Utilities just to name a few.

To be successful in this role you need to following experiences.
- Lead and managed Operations readiness plan developments.
- Lead and managed Operations readiness execution scopes
- Worked within major project environment (Greenfield and Brownfields)
- Worked within the resources sector.
- Commissioning and Ramp Up experience.
- Previous business / technical consulting experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Developing resourcing strategies
- Managing third party contractor scopes
- Interfacing and integrating between client and project teams to create alignment and achieve outcomes.

Here are the some additional things you’ll do:

- Lead clients in designing and defining their future operating states and strategies.
- Lead project and client teams to develop robust operations readiness plans focusing on business case realisation, smooth handover to operation teams, development of the future operating states, systems, process, and capability.
- Interface and integrate into engineering projects representing the operations team needs (operations integration into project deliver)
- Develop and implement a wide range of strategies, programs, and plans tailored to each client's unique requirements in areas such as change management, asset management, capability, operations, safety etc
- Develop and manage risk management processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- lead and coach clients in managing and executing OR scopes and provide expert recommendations to optimize outcomes.
