**About the role**
DuluxGroup is on an exciting growth trajectory and have made several acquisitions in the ANZ and European region in recent years. This has create opportunities to improve and enhance how we operate as a group finance team.
In this newly created role, you will redefine reporting framework, enable measures to uplift the Group’s overall reporting capability (management and statutory reporting) and influence a more agile financial business model.
You will add value through pivotal decision making and enabling process and system improvement solutions. You will partner with various SBUs and global teams to provide insights and direction.
The role has three direct and three indirect reports.
Dulux has had outstanding performance over the past few years and very strong employee engagement scores. You will be based out of our head office in Clayton with flexible working options.
**Responsibilities**
- Enable a robust reporting framework, including deliverables and timeframes.
- Manage the preparation of the quarterly financial (statutory) reporting to Nippon Group
- Develop strong relationships across the Group and stay-up to date with internal and external trends to ensure accuracy of reporting and insights
- Contribute to the DuluxGroup financial governance processes to ensure the financial records of the Group are complaint.
- Lead system enablement and implementation to promote efficiencies and consistencies.
- Work with the business Finance teams to enhance their processes, frameworks, and timelines.
- Promote a continuous improvement culture, seeking to improve both quality and timeliness of outputs and efficiency of processes.

**Skills & Experience**
- CPA/CA qualification
- Corporate finance experience in both statutory and management accounting
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, system implementation and change management
- Experience with reporting processes in a large complex organisation
- Experience leading a team within financial reporting
