Stoneground Bakery is looking for an experienced Barista (34+ hours per week) to join our dedicated team.

What we’re looking for:

- Minimum 2 years barista experience in a high-volume setting
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality
- Confident and skilled in dialling in, milk texturing, and coffee presentation
- Well-presented, punctual, and reliable
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Someone who genuinely enjoys the craft of coffee and being part of a team

Must be an Australian Residents.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
