**Position**: Barista/All-Rounder
**Type**: Casual
**Hours**: 10 to 30+ hours per week

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and associated drinks, ensuring consistency and excellence in every cup
- Assist with customer service, greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Support the team with general café tasks, including food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining a clean and tidy environment
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that makes customers feel like part of our community
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
- Develop knowledge on our coffee, this ensuring quality and consistency

**About You**:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a café environment is highly sought after
- Passionate about coffee and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour
- A team player with a desire to contribute to a supportive and dynamic work environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
