Position: Barista/All-Rounder

Type: Casual

Hours: 10 to 30+ hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and associated drinks, ensuring consistency and excellence in every cup
  • Assist with customer service, greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Support the team with general café tasks, including food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining a clean and tidy environment
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere that makes customers feel like part of our community
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
  • Develop knowledge on our coffee, this ensuring quality and consistency

About You:

  • Previous experience as a barista or in a café environment is highly sought after
  • Passionate about coffee and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour
  • A team player with a desire to contribute to a supportive and dynamic work environment
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
