An exciting opportunity for an experienced Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to join a growing team at **Pepi’s boutique Italian catering** on a full time basis.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management **_
- Receipt and dispatch of inventory held at HQ
- Checking goods received against invoice and packing away
- Conduct regular stock audits
- Understand requirements for every event and create an individual digital check list (e.g. requirements for food, beverages and dry hires)
- Locate and pick goods as per the check list for each event
- **Logistics coordination (Events)**:_
- Coordinate logistics of equipment, supplies and materials from HQ to event locations
- Ensure the van is presentable prior to events (clean / fuel toped up)
- Ensure van is unpacked and cleaned thoroughly after every event
- Establish the best route to reaching the location and ensuring directions for parking the van are followed.
- **Supplier and Client Communication**:_
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Liaise with venues to confirm the event bump in / bump out requirements

**Requirements & Attributes**:

- Knowledge of inventory management
- Valid drivers licence
- Minimum Two year’s experience in a similar role
- Computer proficient
- Experience working with food and beverage
