**About the role**:
Panther Protective Coatings require a qualified Supervisor to oversee concrete bund lining project in Kwinana.

The role will start on a Part-time basis however Full-time will be considered for the right person.

You will be responsible for:

- Supervising a team of 5-10 skilled Floor Applicators.
- Coordinating all Floor Coating operations in conjunction with work schedules and deadlines
- Ensuring that the quality requirements of work scope activities are met.
- Performing other general duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed

**About you**:

- Have a good understanding of Supervisor Role in the floor coatings sector or similar
- Exposure to technically complex projects
- Experience in effective planning, management of personnel and equipment to meet Project requirements
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Working proficiency with MS Office Suite

**Preferred**:

- Mine site experience
- Epoxy Floor Coating background &/or similar trade qualification would be an advantage with on the tools experience.

**Essential**:
Current drivers licence, whitecard and ability to pass regular Medicals and Drug and Alcohol screens

**Salary**: $65,348.67 - $125,063.50 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Flexible hours

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kwinana Beach, WA 6167: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
