- Years 3+ We are already in three countriesin another 3 years we will hopefully be in 6+... those in our team who deliver and have ambition could be leaders of a region or country. For example, James Humpherson, who joined us at the age of 24 (7 years ago), is now General Manager.
**How might I best do this?** To stand out, film a 60-90 second video introducing yourself, and a brief overview of why you want to work in tech sales and at Humanitix. For example, sentences might look like/start with:
- 'I'm currently doing x'
- 'I want to work in tech sales because...'
- 'I want to work at Humanitix because...'
What you'll be responsible for
- Outbound ProspectingGenerate new sales opportunities and move them through the funnel by drafting outreach messages and sequences, and identifying the needs of customers
- Lead QualificationDetermine which prospective customers are most likely to purchase the organization's product/service, using a lead specific qualification framework
- Deal ManagementEffectively prioritize and manage deals to meet sales targets, including coordination with AEs and Marketing to land prospects
