Job Description

- Generate and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling and email outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company/'s product offerings and industry trends.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any queries or concerns.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Representative should have:

- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Self-motivation and a results-driven attitude.
- Familiarity with the Technology & Telecoms industry and its products or services is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
