The position is suitable for someone with a trade (carpenter, concreter, bricklayer, tiler, stone mason) looking for a career change. **The Role**:

- Uphold the landscaping design and ensure plant growth.
- Coordinate with garden designers and landscape architects to ensure the garden meets the client's expectations.
- Build retaining walls and garden beds.
- Prepare and lay turf.
- Lead a team to achieve goals on the worksite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to lead a team to achieve Abelia's goals.
- Strong communication skills with Team and Clients
- Landscaping experience or have completed a trade qualification
- Ability to tow a trailer
- Experience using power tools / operating machinery
- Well-developed time management and organisational skills

**Qualifications**:

- Qualifications in Landscape Construction or equivalent experience
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Manual drivers licence
- Machinery tickets if using machinery
- Valid Police Check (Within 12 months)

**Salary**: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Landscaping: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Police Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
