- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be a team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Prior experience in coordinating competency based training
- Studied or in the process of studying for your tertiary qualifications in an Education or Human Resources discipline.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Keeping up to date with training requirements / competency standards
- Conducting gap analysis on employees with existing qualifications
- Consulting with other team members on requirements
- Coordinating training materials and packages for technical trainers
- Processing training booking requests
- Facilitating and coordinating inductions
- Coordinating individual learning plans with Technical Trainers
- Liaising with third party providers
- Ad hoc projects as directed by the Training and / or Human Resources Manager.
