**About this role**:
This award-winning and forward-thinking architecture practice requires a motivated, proactive, and creative communications professional to manage the submissions process and deliver on the broader business development strategy. You will work closely with the business development and marketing teams to produce collateral, print, and digital media for internal and external communications, ensuring the consistency of their brand identity.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the marketing team on any activities that may overlap between PR and submissions,
- upcoming events, people and studio news and events providing written content as required. This may
- include; newsletters, journals, website content, awards, public relations, tailored client presentations and
- social media
- understanding to write strategic copy and communicate distinct methodologies
- Manage and coordinate team resources for all submissions and manage all sub consultants
- Manage and coordinate the development and maintenance of submission related materials, including text
- and graphic content, project sheets, capabilities, and CVs.
- Maintain record of all submissions and their status, provide submissions related reports as and when
- required by management
- Undertake market research relevant to upcoming submissions, existing sectors and new growth sectors
- Contribute to the development of improvements to bid process and success rates of submissions

**Skills & Experience**
- Flair for copywriting, grammar, proof-reading and ability to communicate architectural concepts
- Excellent strategic and analytic problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under time pressure and meet deadlines with a high quality output
- A good collaborator able to support and drive a team under pressure and to deadlines
- A strong understanding and interest in the architectural industry, with a working understanding of key sectors
