- Lead & support the OoHC Program overseeing the portfolio of HBC & TCP Support
- Located at our Dandenong office

**Your role**:
This position will lead and manage the delivery of a high quality, flexible and alternative care service in South Metro Division that will lead and participate in the management of all support staffing across the home based care and TCP programs.

**Position Objectives**:

- To co-ordinate the delivery of a high quality program that provides genuine and positive outcomes for clients
- To work in conjunction with the Program Manager to plan and implement responses in relation to sector and service developments
- To ensure appropriate processes are in place to enable continuous improvement of services and to promote best practice and ongoing quality improvement of the program.
- To ensure the program is operated in accordance with service and quality standards, program targets, DFFH service agreements, organisational policies and accepted standards of practice.
- To provide ongoing support, supervision, performance management, learning and development of team members in this program.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Early Childhood Specialist and/or related behavioural sciences at degree level with substantial experience; or associate diploma level with substantial experience in the relevant service stream, or less formal qualifications with specialised skills sufficient to perform at this level.
- Excellent understanding of the child protection, placement and support services and family service system, including legislative and policy framework.
- Well-developed skills and experience in delivering programs and services within required timeframes and budget parameters.
