We are seeking both claims consultants to manage an end to end portfolio and insurance agents to assist with supporting a valuable client base, convert service into sales.

This insurer is experiencing rapid growth and rebuilding on the other side of the pandemic and the hard hit on the travel industry.

Not only will you be delivering great products but you will also be representing a well trusted organisation who value each and every customer and client and become part of an upbeat, vibrant team.

**Travel Claims Consultant**
- End to end claims management
- Making accurate decisions according to policy wording and cover
- Proactively dealing with inbound/outbound calls
- Processing and updating file notes accurately
- Financial Management
- Provide instructions to emergency response teams

**Essential skills and experience, to be considered for the role**:

- Previous experience in claims (travel claims desired)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate through systems effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

**Travel Sales & Service Consultant**
- Phone based sales and customer care - Following up on qualified warm leads and assisting customers with queries
- Educating and up selling of additional products
- Providing the highest level of customer service whilst adhering to compliance and company standards
- Answering any queries and working as part of a team to reach targets
- 12M experience in the Travel industry or experience in an insurance sales and service role
- The drive to exceed weekly KPI's and reap the rewards
- Strong negotiation skills paired with exceptional communication skills
- The ability to keep yourself motivated while working under pressure
- A passion for customer service and the desire to learn and progress
